Account Deletion

Deleting your data at Lexxify is easy. The following is a non-exhaustive list of data that will be deleted in the process:

• • Your profile data (name, username, biography, etc.)
• • Your profile photo
• • Your posts and any related files
• • Your post likes
• • Your post comments and any related files

There's are 2 ways you can have your account deleted:

• 1. By using the mobile app (recommended)
• 2. By sending us an email (takes longer to be processed)

Follow the steps below to delete your account using the recommended, in-app method:

• 1. Open Lexxify Hub mobile app on your smartphone
• 2. Sign in if you're not already signed in
• 3. Towards the bottom right of the screen, click the '⚙️' icon to open settings
• 4. Select 'Account deletion' from the list
• 5. Click 'Delete account' and confirm your action

If you are unable or do not want to use the in-app method, you can alternatively send us an email from the email address linked to your Lexxify account to request account deletion:

Note that it may take up to 21 days for your deletion request by email to be processed.
